Step 1: Customers Submit Inquiry

Step 3: Sample Validation

We produce samples following the finalized drawings. Customer may test the fitting effect, appearance and protective performance of the blister tray. If revisions are needed, we will adjust the samples promptly until customer approve them before mass production.

Step 4: Mold Fabrication

After sample approval, we manufacture the official production mold. The mold will be finely polished and inspected to avoid defects such as pulling marks and air bubbles during thermoforming.

Step 5: Mass Production

Once the mold is ready, we start vacuum blister mass production with advanced thermoforming equipment to guarantee uniform dimensions and appearance quality for all packaging.

Step 6: Die Cutting with Steel Rule Die

The formed blister sheets are punched by custom knife molds to precisely separate individual blister packaging and trim excess waste edges.

Step 7: Quality Inspection & Packing

Our QC team inspects every batch to check dimensional tolerance, surface defects and structural strength. Qualified goods are neatly packed to prevent damage during transit.

Step 8: Shipment & Delivery
